   Everything you say or do has a consequence. Action = Reaction. The trick is to keep from reacting. Take a personal inventory of the people and situations in your life. Ask your self if the circumstances lift you up or tear you down. Does the situation reveal the truth? Now, look carefully at every little lesson you have learned and find the common denominator. More than likely, it all comes back to YOU. 

   You are the one thing that remains constant, and the thoughts that run through your mind have a way of manifesting what goes on around you. So look now at what you think about. Are your thoughts laced with judgement, fear, insecurity, caution, or peace, love, and light. 

  As I mentioned before, action equals reaction. The situations in your daily life directly refelct the thoughts that go through your mind. It's time to wake up and take responsibility for your part in this world.
 
  You have all the power in the world to change everything in your life, including your perception. The power of perception can be overwhelming  especially since you don't know the truth most of the time. It is time to simplify, take out the proverbial trash, and start to live with purpose. Take a look at how you treat others because this is ultimately how you treat your self. I am referring to kindness, respect and truth. How you see the world is ultimately how others perceive you.
